These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of coinbazaar.com (the “Site”), operated by Numismatic Coin Collections Private Limited (“Coinbazaar”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to purchase from or sell on the Site.

2. Products & listings

• We sell coins, banknotes and numismatic collectibles. Many items are antique, pre-owned or one-of-a-kind; minor wear consistent with age is normal and is reflected in the grading and photographs.
• We make every effort to describe and photograph items accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
• All items are guaranteed genuine. Counterfeit or replica items are strictly prohibited on the Site.

3. Pricing & payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors with a full refund.
• Payment must be completed through our approved, secure payment gateways before an order is dispatched.

4. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including for reasons of stock availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch.

5. Shipping & returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and returns/refunds by our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to list counterfeit goods, to interfere with the Site’s operation, to scrape data without permission, or to infringe the rights of others.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images and software — is the property of Numismatic Coin Collections Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without written permission.

9. Third-party links & advertising

The Site may contain third-party links and advertisements, including ads served by Google AdSense and other networks. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of third-party sites or advertisers.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coinbazaar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coinbazaar and its officers from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
