Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order, return an item and receive a refund. It applies to purchases made on coinbazaar.com.
1. Order cancellation
- You may cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as below.
- To cancel, email support@coinbazaar.com with your order number as soon as possible.
2. Returns — eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item received is not as described, materially different from the listing, or significantly mis-graded; or
- The item is damaged in transit; or
- You received the wrong item.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. We strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video as evidence for any return claim.
3. Non-returnable items
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging, certificate or proof of purchase.
- Custom, made-to-order or clearance/”as-is” items expressly marked non-returnable.
- Minor age-related wear that was accurately disclosed in the listing or grading is not a defect.
4. How to request a return
- Email support@coinbazaar.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos/video and the reason.
- Our team will review and, if approved, share return shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address provided.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit.
- For prepaid eligible returns, original shipping charges are refundable only where the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged or not-as-described item).
6. Return shipping costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/not-as-described item), we bear the return shipping cost.
- For other accepted returns, return shipping is borne by the buyer.
7. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged or incorrect. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
8. Late or missing refunds
If you have not received an approved refund, first re-check your bank account and contact your card issuer/bank, as processing time varies. If you still need help, contact us at support@coinbazaar.com.
