Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Coinbazaar we take great care to ensure your coins, notes and collectibles reach you safely. This policy explains how we pack, ship and deliver your orders across India.
1. Order processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
- You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.
2. Packaging
Every item is carefully packed in protective, tamper-evident packaging suitable for fragile and valuable numismatic items, so it arrives in the same condition in which it was dispatched.
3. Delivery time
- Metro & major cities: typically 3–6 business days after dispatch.
- Other locations: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Remote or rural PIN codes may take slightly longer.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight and destination.
- We may offer free shipping on eligible orders above a stated value, as shown on the Site from time to time.
5. Courier partners
We ship through reputed courier and logistics partners (such as India Post Speed Post, Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC and similar) selected for reliability and serviceability to your location.
6. Shipping area
We currently ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes. For international shipping enquiries, please contact support@coinbazaar.com before ordering.
7. Tracking your order
Once dispatched, use the tracking number provided to follow your shipment. You can also check order status in My Account or by contacting our support team.
8. Delivery issues
- Failed delivery: if the courier cannot deliver after multiple attempts (wrong address, unavailable recipient, refused delivery), the parcel may return to us; re-shipping charges may apply.
- Damaged in transit: if your parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered, do not accept it, or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours.
- Lost shipment: in the rare event a shipment is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
9. Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you.
