Buying & authenticity
Are the coins and notes on Coinbazaar genuine?
Yes. Every item listed is checked for authenticity, and counterfeit or replica items are strictly prohibited. Items are described using recognised numismatic grading standards with clear photographs.
What does the grading mean?
Grading describes a coin’s condition — from heavily worn (“Good”) through to “Mint State / Uncirculated”. See our guide, Understanding Coin Grading, for a full explanation.
Why do some coins show wear or marks?
Many items are antique or pre-owned, so natural wear consistent with age is normal and is reflected in the grade and photos. This is expected in numismatics and does not mean the item is defective.

How do I place an order?
Browse the Shop, add items to your cart, and check out using our secure payment gateway. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods supported by our secure, PCI-compliant gateway, including UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Payments are processed by third-party PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store your full card or banking details. See our Privacy Policy.
Shipping & delivery
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship to all serviceable PIN codes in India through reputed courier partners. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–6 days to major cities and 5–10 days elsewhere after dispatch.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email/SMS, and you can also check status under My Account.
Returns & refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery if the item is not as described, damaged in transit, or incorrect. See our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days; your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.
