2 Rupees Satellite Governor Manmohan Singh Rare Serial Packet with Doubling Number 890890

Description

This exceptional 10 Rupees note featuring Governor Manmohan Singh represents a significant piece of modern Indian currency history. The standout feature is its rare doubling number serial 890890—a palindromic sequence that makes this specimen highly sought after by numismatic enthusiasts. The note showcases the Satellite design, reflecting India's technological advancement during its issuance period. Manmohan Singh's signature as Governor adds historical gravitas, as he later became Prime Minister, enhancing collectibility. The pristine condition and fancy serial number combination makes this note exceptionally scarce in the collector's market. Perfect for those building specialized collections focused on Indian currency varieties, signature variants, or palindromic serials. This packet represents both monetary history and mathematical rarity—a dual appeal that drives collector demand. An ideal acquisition for serious numismatists seeking distinctive, investment-grade Indian banknotes with documented provenance.
