2017 One Rupees Governor Shaktikant DAS Rare UNC Serial Packet

Description

This exceptional 2017 One Rupee note features the signature of Governor Shaktikant Das, marking a significant piece of modern Indian currency history. Issued during Das's tenure as Reserve Bank of India Governor, this rare UNC (Uncirculated) specimen represents a key collectible for serious numismatists. The pristine condition and original serial packet packaging preserve its investment-grade appeal. Das's relatively brief governorship (2018-2023) makes notes from his era increasingly sought after as their scarcity becomes apparent. Collectors prize this denomination for its transitional importance in India's monetary evolution and the governor's notable economic policies during his tenure. The uncirculated state ensures no wear, making it a standout acquisition for those focused on modern Indian currency rarities or gubernatorial signature collections.
