50 Paisa Cu/Ni Commemorative Issue Year 1984 Indira Gandhi "MULE" Reverse Dotted Border Obverse Normal + Ghosting Error **Rare** High Collectable Grade.

Description

This is a rare 50 Paisa (1/2 Rupee) commemorative coin issued by India in 1984 to honor Indira Gandhi. Struck in copper-nickel alloy, this piece is highly sought after by numismatic collectors due to a documented mule error combined with a ghosting defect—a combination that makes it exceptionally scarce. The obverse displays normal characteristics while the reverse features the unusual dotted border, creating a striking visual anomaly. The ghosting error adds another layer of rarity, making this an outstanding example for serious collectors. In excellent collectable grade, this coin represents both historical significance and numismatic intrigue. Perfect for those building specialized error coin collections or commemorative Indian currency portfolios, this piece combines affordability with genuine rarity and authentication appeal.
