JW Kelly 1 Rupee Ex Rare Note 1935 of King george V Fine Condition Note Rare #1

Description

This is a historical 1 Rupee note from 1935, signed by JW Kelly and bearing the portrait of King George V. Issued during the final years of British rule in India, this note represents a significant piece of numismatic history. The "Fine Condition" rating indicates the note has been well-preserved, with minimal wear despite its nearly 90-year age. The "Ex Rare" designation confirms its scarcity in the collectible currency market, making it a prized acquisition for serious collectors. King George V currency from the 1930s is increasingly difficult to find in acceptable condition, and notes with clear signatures like this one are particularly sought after. This piece appeals to history enthusiasts, Indian numismatists, and investors in vintage currency. The combination of age, rarity, condition, and historical significance makes this an exceptional addition to any collection of pre-independence Indian currency or British colonial artifacts.
