Rare 2 Rupees commemorative coin of the Republic of India, struck in 1982 to mark the IX Asian Games held at Delhi. The obverse carries the Asian Games logo with the rising sun, the legend "IX ASIAN GAMES" with its Hindi equivalent, and "DELHI 1982" below. The reverse shows the Lion Capital of Ashoka with "भारत" and "INDIA", the value "2" and "रुपये RUPEES".
