Rare 50 Paise coin of Republic India dated 1990, from the stainless steel definitive series showing the Parliament House at New Delhi. The blank was clipped before striking, leaving a clear notch in the flan at the upper edge that runs through both faces, making this a genuine mint error piece rather than post-mint damage.
