The Simpsons Collectors Coin Red Bronze and Nickel Coin 1995 Issue

Description

This one-coin set of medal depicts nicely executed designs of the Simpsons on both the obverse and reverse by Simpsons cartoonist Matt Groening!  The nickel piece is struck in a pure nickel alloy (similar to that of a U.S. five cent piece) and is 39 mm in diameter (a bit larger than a U.S. silver dollar) and weighs right around an ounce. The bronze piece is also 39 mm and weighs about the same.  Both feature the same designs as each other with the Red-Bronze and nickel alloy issues only being available in this offer (note we did not have time to scan the red-bronze and have pictured a golden-bronze above but you will get a red-bronze with the offer). These are proof-like strikes; the backgrounds are perfect reflective "blazing-mirrors" (which show up jet-black in scans) and the designs are frosty white (which, of course show up white in scans).  The contrast between the mirror-like backgrounds and designs is stunning!  Add this set to your collection today! Indulge in the nostalgia of classic '90s pop culture with The Simpsons Collectors Coin Red Bronze and Nickel Coin from the 1995 issue. This one-coin set showcases meticulously crafted designs of the beloved Simpsons characters on both sides, created by none other than the renowned Simpsons cartoonist Matt Groening.
